GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATIONS

Valid October 2010 until October 2012

Cubanacan International offers programs for roundtrips, hotels, rentacar, domestic flight and land transfers , etc, as an intermediate sales agent from different providers. Therefore are valid following booking conditions, the validity is accepted automatically without signing at the moment of booking amended by tour operator or agency.

1. PROGRAMS (roundtrips, fly&drive, flexi, diving,...)
a. Minimum booking time (release): 21 days
b. Penalty of cancellation out of release 50%, NO SHOW: 100%.
c. Payment 7 labour days before arrival

2. HOTELS
a. Minimum booking time (release): 21 days in peak season, high season
14 days, low season 7 days
b. Penalty of cancellation out of release 1 night. 100% up to 3 nights.
c. Payment 7 labour days before arrival

3. CAR RENTAL / TRANSFERS
a. Minimum booking time (release): 7 days
b. Penalty of cancellation out of release 1 rental day or 50% of transfer
rate, no show 100% or 2 rental days.
c. Payment 7 labour days before arrival

4. DOMESTIC FLIGHTS
a. Minimum booking time (release): 30 days
b. Penalty of cancellation: 100%, no show 100%.
c. Payment 7 labour days before arrival

Handling / Booking fee: 9.00 EUR per pax per stay

2.    GENERAL:

The AGENCY undertakes to credit Cubanacán's bank account with the full amount in respect of the services requested _7 labor_ days in advance of provision thereof, in accordance with an invoice issued by Cubanacán on confirmation of the services requested. In case of group reservations please see special group conditions.
In the absence of confirmation that such amount has been credited to its bank account in conformity with the above terms, Cubanacán reserves the right not to provide the confirmed services; in such cases, Cubanacán shall be relieved of all liability for claims of any kind.
Cubanacan will issue invoices based on the requests for service received from the Agency, sending these by hand or fax or electronic mail; the Agency shall confirm receipt of such invoices within two days of delivery or dispatch.
Accounts are deemed settled when the relevant amount has been credited to Cubanacán's bank account.
The charges quoted in the Agreement and the appendices there to are in __EURO___, while payment is due in _____EURO____.
In the case of payments from abroad for services charged in US dollars where the payment is in some other currency, conversion shall be at the Reuters exchange rate on the day the payment is effected.
No payments from abroad in US dollars shall be made via any US bank.
The cost of bank transfers shall be borne by the Agency.
In the event of dispute regarding the invoices, in no circumstances shall the Agency suspend payment of amounts due or deduct disputed amounts from its account payable to Cubanacán.The Agency shall provide with each payment an analysis showing the invoices and/or services to which it relates.
